Vietnam

At St. Petersburg shipyard JSC "Admiralty Shipyards" March 28, 2014, the official ceremony of launching submarine "Khanh" Project 636. As the press service of the Smolny Institute, the event was attended by representatives of "Admiralty Shipyards" Navy Vietnam People's Army, the St. Petersburg Administration, of "Rosoboronexport" and OAO "CKB" Rubin. " Khanh "- this is the fourth serial submarine which was built by JSC "Admiralty Shipyards" for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Submarines of this project are considered the low noise of the domestic ships, the report says. Merging with the natural sound of the sea, the submarine can detect a target at a distance of 3-4 times higher than the one where she can be detected by the adversary, the press service.

HQ-186 'Janh Hoa'

HQ-187 'Vung Tau'
